Arizona Licensed Billing Representative

To support patient billing and collection activities, the full-time Arizona Licensed Billing Representative will process payments, adjustments, and claims while working remotely, ensuring accurate and timely reimbursement for services rendered. Key responsibilities Processing payments, adjustments, claims, and denials accurately and in a timely manner Researching payments and denials to identify discrepancies and making necessary appeals and corrections Collaborating with the patient financial services team to reduce Accounts Receivable balances and achieve performance goals Required qualifications High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge One or more years of experience in patient financial services or the insurance industry Strong knowledge of common office software, including word processing and spreadsheets Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with diverse audiences
