ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2017 and has grown into a team of 23 across two locations. I originally got my start in the industry working for a family member who was a State Farm agent, which gave me the opportunity to learn the business and develop a passion for helping people protect what matters most.

I attended BYU and have always been very active. I enjoy playing basketball and pickleball and was once on track to pursue professional football. My family keeps me busy - I’m married with three kids and we even have cows, which adds a little extra character to life outside the office.

Giving back to the community is very important to me. One of the highlights each year is hosting a special needs Easter event and supporting Melissa High School and other initiatives throughout the city.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Brady Paxman - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
