About the role

ATALO Solutions is a woman-owned small business supporting DoD and federal mission partners. We’re looking for a detail-driven Logistics/Configuration Management Analyst to support Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) for a U.S. Coast Guard Integrated Product Team. You’ll keep systems, parts, and configurations accurate and ready to sustain, working with engineers, program managers, and OEMs.

What you’ll do

• Research USCG, NIWC, and U.S. Navy databases to gather accurate system and parts data
• Analyze system changes for logistics, maintenance, and configuration impacts
• Track and manage asset configurations across hardware, software, and documentation
• Develop and manage maintenance programs for NTNO systems and select SFO projects (such as HFTS and SRC-63A)
• Coordinate with OEMs, Program Managers, PMWs, ISEAs, and engineers to obtain system data and support lifecycle sustainment
• Apply logistics analysis to reduce lifecycle costs and improve system readiness
• Support procurement and supply chain activities to keep parts and materials available
• Improve ILS workflows, processes, SOPs, and deliverables
• Prepare monthly status reports

Required

• Active Secret clearance
• 3+ years of DoD and/or USCG experience in logistics or configuration management
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (large datasets, lookups, pivot tables, data validation)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Must live within 60 miles of Charleston, SC

Preferred

• MadCap Flare experience
• Technical writing experience, especially ILS documentation, SOPs, or technical manuals
• Familiarity with NIWC Atlantic, USCG C5I, or Navy sustainment programs
• Experience with ILS elements such as provisioning, maintenance planning, and technical data
