Entry Level Marketing Associate

Aurelius Consulting Group is expanding in Boston and looking for an Entry Level Marketing Associate to join our team. You'll receive hands-on training while working directly with customers on live client campaigns across the Boston area. What You'll Do Engage with customers face-to-face at retail and event locations Introduce and represent client campaigns Explain products, services, and campaign information Build rapport and create positive customer experiences Support customer acquisition and daily campaign goals Work alongside the team while learning through hands-on coaching What You'll Gain Weekly base pay plus performance-based earnings Full training from day one One-to-one coaching and ongoing feedback Practical experience in marketing, communication, and customer engagement Merit-based opportunities for progression Opportunities to travel as you develop Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is confident, personable, reliable, and willing to learn . You should enjoy working with people, be comfortable in a fast-moving environment, and be motivated to develop. Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, or events can be helpful, but isn't required. This is a fully in-person position involving direct customer engagement.
