HVAC Technician

Overview We are seeking an HVAC Technician in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience servicing and repairing commercial HVAC systems EPA Universal Certification Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Journeyman or Master HVAC License preferred Direct Digital Controls (DDC) knowledge and experience preferred Strong troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and critical thinking skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities Ability to work independently while managing multiple service priorities Physical capability to lift, carry, climb, kneel, and perform other physically demanding tasks in various work environments Job Duties Assist and manage service, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and residential HVAC systems of various sizes Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and implement effective repairs Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate documentation Work independently or collaboratively with team members to complete service calls Communicate with customers to identify issues and provide effective service solutions Respond to emergency service calls and participate in an on‑call rotation as required Schedule & Compensation Schedule: 7:30 am - 4 pm, Monday - Friday.
