Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of administrators, specialists, and senior specialists through the day-to-day operations and ensure all benefits activities are completed accurately and efficiently – enrollment, eligibility, life event, termination, and open enrollment processes Partner with payroll, HRIS, client services, finance, and implementation teams on process improvement initiatives Partner with clients and vendors regarding complex benefits matters Support succession planning and talent development initiatives Join an entrepreneurial organization with a visionary ownership group that values fresh ideas, empowers its leaders to make meaningful decisions, and believes in giving talented people the autonomy to lead.
