In this role, you’ll own the client relationship from case assignment to resolution — keeping clients informed, empowered, and confident at every stage of their personal injury claim. From monitoring treatment progress and coordinating property damage to obtaining settlement authorizations, your work directly shapes both the client experience and the outcome of their case. Responsibilities Client Communication Serve as the primary point of contact for all client communication — initiating a case review call within 24 hours of assignment and maintaining meaningful, substantive contact with every client on a biweekly basis through phone, text, app, and email. Gathering Client Information & Documents Retrieve all client documents and information needed to process claims — including emails, physical documents, texts, voicemails, and app contacts — and ensure all platforms and case management software are updated accurately and promptly. Treatment Monitoring Monitor each client’s treatment progress throughout their case, confirm all treating providers, participate in treatment strategy meetings, and update case management software at key milestones — including upon reaching maximum medical improvement or release from active care. Property Damage Coordination Guide clients through the property damage claim process from start to finish, serving as the communication bridge between the client and all relevant parties until the property damage portion of their claim is fully resolved. Client Acceptances & Authorizations Obtain all necessary client authorizations to advance their claim, including approvals for Offers of Compromise, Offers to Settle, and final settlement acceptances. Team Collaboration Partner closely with the Pre-Litigation Team to ensure all case tasks are completed on time, client updates are accurate, and every claim is managed efficiently toward resolution. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in a client-facing, case management, or customer service role — experience in a legal, insurance, or healthcare setting is a strong plus, as familiarity with medical or claims processes translate directly to this work. Exceptional communication skills — both written and verbal — with the ability to explain complex legal and medical processes in clear, empathetic terms and maintain consistent, meaningful contact with a high-volume caseload. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple active cases simultaneously, track deadlines and treatment milestones, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks across multiple communication channels.
