Pay: Competitive hourly rate based on experience Four-Day Workweek: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM Friday overtime may occasionally be scheduled based on workload and maintenance needs. What You'll Do As a member of our maintenance team, you'll play an important role in keeping our facility running smoothly. Responsibilities may include: Performing routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment (lathe, drill press, mill port, etc.) Troubleshooting mechanical and basic electrical issues Completing preventative maintenance on machinery and facility equipment Assisting with equipment installation, adjustments, and repairs Using hand and power tools to complete maintenance projects Identifying potential equipment or safety issues before they become larger problems Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment Responding to maintenance needs throughout the facility and supporting production when equipment issues arise What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working independently as well as part of a team. Candidates should be able to: Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Safely operate common hand and power tools Read and follow equipment instructions and maintenance procedures Troubleshoot and identify basic mechanical problems Work safely around manufacturing machinery and equipment Stand, bend, climb, and work on their feet for extended periods Lift up to 70 pounds Previous industrial maintenance, manufacturing, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, welding, HVAC, or equipment repair experience is a plus. Candidates should have experience working with PLCs , including viewing ladder logic and troubleshooting program faults, as well as a strong working knowledge of 480V three-phase power, control panels, and VFDs .
