Rotating shifts per week Week 1: Monday-Wednesday 1500-2300, Friday & Saturday 2300-0700 Week 2: Monday-Wednesday and Friday 1500-2300 Call based on department needs (none at this time but could change) Weekends: Every other weekend works 3rd shift 2300-0700 Holidays: rotating with regular staff Additional Details

Must complete Ascension Resume for submission Signed Assignment Agreement required for onboarding Ascension Core Competencies must be completed within a year of start and updated every 3 years Ascension Medical Imaging Contract Worker Onboarding and Education Attestation required Ascension Badge Photo required Health requirements include MMR, Fit Test, Hepatitis B, Health Statement, Varicella, Tdap, and others as specified Driver's License/State ID must be current and valid Background checks and verifications required including criminal background, EPLS, employment verification, and references Ascension Skills Checklist and Specialty Exam required 12 Panel Drug Screen required within 30 days prior to start and updated annually Education verification required within 90 days of start Confirmation of Assignment and Employment Verification required Color Vision test required prior to start and updated every 3 years
