Job Description Labor & Employment Attorney (Partner / Senior Counsel) | Portable Book of Business Required A highly regarded and growing law firm in St. Louis, MO is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Attorney with an established portable bookof business to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for an entrepreneurial attorney looking to expand their practice within a collaborative firm that values client service, business development, and long-term growth. What You'll Do: Represent employers in a wide range of labor and employment matters Advise clients on employment policies, workplace investigations, compliance issues, and risk management strategies Handle employment litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, wrongful termination, and restrictive covenant disputes Draft and review employment agreements, handbooks, policies, and related documents Develop and maintain strong client relationships while growing your practice Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice groups to provide comprehensive client solutions What We're Looking For: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active license to practice law in Missouri Significant experience in labor and employment law Portable book of business Strong client management and business development skills Proven ability to independently manage complex matters Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills Why Consider This Opportunity?
