Soft Count Team

Counts money while ensuring the security of funds.

Ensures that all carts are secured and safeguarded at all times.

Accurately completes paperwork and reports any variances or discrepancies to management.

Maintains an effective, efficient, safe, and clean work environment.

All team members are responsible for cleaning the work area.

Must possess a high level of integrity, and ability to maintain confidential information.

Assist in the training of new team members.

Performs any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

Must possess basic math and computer skills.

Ability to maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and the public.

Must have excellent organizational, and communication skills.

Experience on 10-key & knowledgeable in the use of money counting equipment.

Ability to lift 60 pounds

Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time.

Ability to work on a flexible shift schedule.

Pre employment drug testing with applicants receiving an offer of conditional employment.

Must be able to obtain a Blackfeet Tribal Gaming License.

Excellent Microsoft Office and Internet skills. Ability to create forms and spreadsheets using tables and formulas.

Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Good interpersonal skills required.

Must be reliable (good attendance and punctuality), organized, flexible, and possess excellent time management skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy required.
