Residential Supervisor

Residential SupervisorLatham Centers, a nationally recognized leader in supporting children and adults with complex special needs, including Prader-Willi syndrome, is seeking a dedicated Residential Supervisor. In this role, you will manage an interdisciplinary team to provide residential support while ensuring a positive, healthy, and safe living environment for students and staff. You will actively collaborate with residential counselors, students, supervisors, administrators, clinical staff, teachers, ancillary staff, and families to foster a supportive and structured residential program.Location: Brewster, MACompensation: $60,000 annuallySchedule: Wed - Fri 12-9p, Sa 8a-9pKey Responsibilities:Supervise and develop staff, including hiring, scheduling, training, and performance managementEnsure compliance with accreditation and regulatory agenciesOversee service planning and required documentationDevelop outcome measures through data collection (IEPs, life skills assessments, etc.)Maintain program compliance with DMR, OCCS, and QUEST requirements, including staff training, behavior management plans, reports, and evaluationsEnsure timely and effective communication with staff and administrationProvide emergency backup coverage for the programActively participate in team meetings and supervisionProvide therapeutic crisis intervention as neededCoordinate staff training schedules and maintain training recordsAssist with program development and designPerform other duties as assigned by the Director of Children's ServicesQualifications:High School Diploma or GED requiredBachelor's degree in human services or related field and one year of supervisory experience preferred, or five years of residential treatment experience with a minimum of one year of supervisory experienceThree years of residential treatment experience with at least one year of supervisory experience preferred but not requiredValid driver's license preferredCPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention), CPR/First Aid, and Medication Administration training provided if not already heldBenefits:Generous 5 weeks of Paid Time OffTop-notch health plans (with Latham covering the first 75% of the deductible through an HRA)Tuition reimbursement for continuous learningChildcare reimbursement403(b) Retirement fund match (up to 5%)Latham Centers, Inc.
