A well-established national law firm is seeking an Employment Defense Attorney to join its growing team. This is a fully remote opportunity open to attorneys anywhere in the U.S. , provided they are admitted to the California Bar

The Opportunity

Practice Areas

• Employment litigation and defense
• Wage & hour disputes
• Discrimination, harassment, and retaliation
• Wrongful termination
• PAGA and other California employment claims
• Employment-related advice and counseling

Ideal Candidate

• Active California Bar license required
• Experience handling employment defense matters
• Strong litigation, research, and writing skills
• Comfortable managing cases independently while collaborating with a broader team
• Excellent communication and client-management skills

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $200,000 – $350,000 Base annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. xhyhwjd
