ABOUT THE ROLE Clean Nutra runs daily livestreams on TikTok Shop and posts short-form video daily across Instagram and TikTok — all out of one studio. We need someone to run that studio day to day: find and manage the talent on camera, keep the content and live shows going out every day, and drive revenue from what gets sold live. The setup is lean — iPhone and mic, no crew — but the accountability is real. Driving GMV is the core of this role, which is why we're open to people with sales backgrounds, not just production ones. If you can find talent, close them, and move a number, you can learn the rest here. There's no existing playbook — you'll be the one writing it. WHAT YOU'LL DO Own daily studio operations — livestreams on TikTok Shop and short-form video for Instagram and TikTok Drive live GMV performance — your success is measured by what the studio sells; you're accountable for the number Hunt down, recruit, and manage a bench of local talent/hosts/creators — never let the pipeline run dry Own the talent rotation and schedule — who's on camera, when, and how often — so no one burns out and the studio never goes dark Direct and produce short-form video content daily — concepting, filming, and getting it edited and posted Run live broadcasts — set direction, keep hosts on-message and selling, and make real-time calls to protect revenue Monitor performance across formats — GMV, conversion, engagement — and shift talent/content mix based on what's converting Set and enforce on-camera standards: energy, product knowledge, selling cadence, and brand voice Build SOPs for talent sourcing, onboarding, rotation, and content production — documented and repeatable Spot underperformance early and coach or replace before it hits the number Track and report on studio performance: daily GMV, revenue per host, content output, and talent pipeline depth WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR A track record of driving revenue through people — sales, talent management, or live production backgrounds all welcome Recruiter instincts — you can find local talent, pitch the opportunity, and close, whether or not \"recruiting\" was ever your title Strong eye for on-camera performance — you know when someone's selling and when they're losing the room Some exposure to short-form video (filming, directing, or posting) for Instagram/TikTok Highly organized — juggling a talent roster, a daily content calendar, and a live schedule without dropping anything Systems thinker — you'll build this from scratch and document as you go Calm and decisive under pressure — live shows break in real time, and you fix them in real time Las Vegas-based preferred BONUS POINTS Hands-on TikTok Shop or TikTok LIVE experience Background in e-commerce or DTC brands Comfortable with basic streaming tech (iPhone + mic — no crew needed) Sales background with a track record of closing, or content background with a track record of growing an account WHY CLEAN NUTRA Real ownership of a brand-new studio function — no template, you build it Plenty of room to grow into this role, built for someone who's already wired to move fast and self-direct Competitive base pay + benefits + growth as the studio scales Direct line to leadership — this isn't a role buried three layers down #J-18808-Ljbffr
