Have significant knowledge of data collection, data analysis, and data reporting. Be able to effectively use technology including, but not limited to technology for surveying, graphic and the presentation of data. Possess knowledge of language development, the reading process, and the components of reading performance to assess and instruct. Provide diagnostic testing to determine students reading challenges and determine reading programs appropriate to a student's reading difficulty to remediate reading challenges. Provide direct instruction to enable students to develop literacy skills. Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and community. Create positive educational climate for students. Prepare instruction methods based on student's needs and interests. Working Conditions Full Time, Leave Replacement Through February 22, 2027 Salary Ranges from $63,495.00 - $107,695.00 (Prorated) Per Negotiated Contract (p. 42) Benefits include 12 sick days and 6 nonwork days (Prorated) State Pension with life insurance Tuition Reimbursement per the negotiated contract linked above Residency Requirements Effective September 1, 2011, all employees of school districts must reside in the State of New Jersey, unless exempted under law. If you already work for the school district as of September 1, 2011, and you do not live in New Jersey, you are not required to move to New Jersey. However, if you begin your office, position or employment on September 1, 2011 or later, you must reside in New Jersey. If you do not reside in New Jersey, you have one year after the date you take your office, position or employment to relocate your residence to New Jersey.
