Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL Truck Drivers for an over-the-road (OTR) position, welcoming new CDL school graduates ready to launch their driving career. Drivers with under six months of experience will begin with a 4-6 week training period alongside an experienced trainer before running independently, hauling 53' dry van trailers.

Job Details

• Running lanes covering the Central US, extending west to Kansas, east to Pennsylvania, north to Minnesota, and south to Georgia
• 100% no-touch freight in 53' dry van trailers, mix of drop and hook and live load/unload
• Home weekly on weekends
• Shift options of Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday
• Must be willing to drive during day or night hours
• Average weekly mileage of approximately 1,700 to 2,400 miles

Compensation & Benefits

• $1,100 to $1,700 per week
• $0.56 to $0.64 per mile based on experience
• Trainee pay of $650+ per week for 4-6 weeks for drivers with under 6 months of experience
• $15 stop pay
• Monthly safety bonus of $0.06 per mile for drivers exceeding 9,200 miles, maintaining an accident-free record, and achieving 7 mpg or better
• Full benefits after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off

Requirements

• At least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL
• Graduate of an accredited truck driving school (minimum 120 hours)
• Clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or suspensions within the past 5 years
• No DUIs, felonies, or misdemeanors within the past 5 years
• Solid work history with no major unexplained employment gaps
• Must pass a pre-employment urine and hair follicle drug screen
