As a top dealership in the Southwest region for two consecutive years , we’re looking for motivated, results-driven In-Home Design Consultants to join our team. What You’ll Do Run 2 pre-qualified appointments per day (10 per week) Conduct in-home consultations and assess customer needs Build rapport and present customized design solutions Set clear expectations and guide customers through the process Close sales and deliver a high-quality customer experience Attend 2 in-person sales meetings per month Support team success and uphold company standards What We’re Looking For 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience (required) Bathroom remodeling experience is a plus Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset Tech-savvy (iPad, MS Office, CRM systems, Google Drive) Valid driver’s license required Self-motivated and goal-oriented Schedule 5 days per week Must be available for at least 3 Saturdays per month Appointment times vary based on customer availability Compensation & Benefits 100% commission-based (after 2-week paid training) $125K–$300K+ earning potential (top reps exceed $200K) Monthly bonus incentives based on performance 50% health insurance stipend after 90 days Dental, vision, and PTO options available Why Join Us?
