Job Title: Nurse Manager II Profession: RN Specialty: Emergency Room (ER) - Critical Need Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12 hours Hours per Shift: 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM Experience: 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience License: Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided) Certifications: Basic Life Support Advanced Cardiac Life Support Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course within 6 months of hire OR Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 6 months of hire Must-Have: CEN preferred TNCC preferred Demonstrated ability to recognize and interpret cardiac dysrhythmias preferred Description: Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Bachelors degree in nursing or a related field is preferred. NIH Stroke Scale Certificate is preferred. Candidates must have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Commitment to patient-centered care is required. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team is necessary. Demonstrated problem-solving skills are important for this role.
