Supervisor

Position Supervisory positions at United Envelope’s Mount Pocono, PA facility. The facility operates on a 12‑hour 24/7 shift schedule with one week of four days (Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday) and the second week of three days (Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday). Qualifications Prior management experience overseeing a production facility with approximately 60 employees across various departments Prior manufacturing experience and/or mechanical background preferred Experience managing in a Union setting preferred Ability to manage tight lead times and ensure consistency in meeting customers’ production dates Strong organizational skills Ability to work as part of a team across four shifts Management degree preferred but not required Benefits A full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance and 401(k) with match are provided as well as paid time off programs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
