Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess patients' speech, language, and swallowing abilities to identify therapy needs.
  
  
• 
  Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals.
  
  
• 
  Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance communication skills and swallowing function.
  
  
• 
  Monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  
  
• 
  Document patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold a valid state License or Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  
  
• 
  Possess a Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate knowledge of adult communication and swallowing disorders.
  
  
• 
  Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  
  
• 
  Exhibit the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
  
• 
  Maintain current CPR/BLS certification.
