• Speed to Lead: Clients expect a response within 5 minutes. If you're quick on your feet, you'll thrive here.
• Commitment: This is a career, not a side hustle. We're looking for full-time pros ready for 10-12+ closings a year.
• Availability: Clients need us when they aren't at work. You'll need the flexibility to handle evenings and weekends as part of the flow.
• Accountability: We use proven scripts and daily trackingnot to micromanage you, but to make sure you're actually making the money you want to make.
