As a Security Officer Unarmed Rounds in Uxbridge, MA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong communication and customer service. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $19.57 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through established channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, loading zones, parking areas, and the perimeter, as permitted by site procedures.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and/or delivery traffic to help support site rules and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Assist with routine inspections of doors, gates, fencing, and other assigned areas to help identify potential issues related to the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
