[less] Job Duties Ensures projects are completed safely, properly and productively. Enforces safety programs, rules and procedures. Ensures that all employees wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Ensures work complies with Kelley and customer procedures and directives. Ensures that proper housekeeping is being executed by field crew. Serves as the assistant to the Superintendent. Responsible for identifying, addressing, and correcting jobsite problems that may occur while working with crew. Responsible to backup superintendent in areas of documentation, such as reports, inspections logs, time sheets, and drawings. All other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements 2 years supervisory experience in a commercial or industrial construction environment. Extensive experience and knowledge of form carpentry, concrete finishing and/or mobile equipment operations in industrial construction. Able to coach, lead and direct construction crew. Able to read, interpret and execute construction drawings, specifications and workplans. Eligible for Transportation Worker Industry Card (TWIC) from the Department of Homeland Security. OSHA 10-hr. Flexible and able to travel (up to 100%). Comfortable navigating web-based apps. Procore experience a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Physical Demands Individual will be required to lift, bend, climb, stoop, and work around moving machinery, dust, and fumes. Also, will be required to work inclement weather conditions.
