About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Sales for Northern Europe to spearhead the strategic sales efforts in this region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans that are specifically tailored to the Northern European market, leading a wholesale sales team, and ensuring that sales targets are met. This role involves the establishment and maintenance of relationships with key partners, providing sales forecasts and market insights to the executive team, and working closely with the marketing department to create and implement effective sales campaigns. The Head of Sales will also be tasked with identifying new business opportunities to support the company's growth and expansion. Applicants for the Head of Sales position should have a proven track record in a senior sales role within the retail industry, with a strong network of contacts in the Northern European market. The role requires strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, as well as a strategic mindset with a focus on business development. Proficiency in multiple languages is considered a plus. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and driven professional, capable of leading a team to success and representing the company at various industry events and trade shows.
