Responsibilities: Works closely with the Regional Manager of Projects. Manager of all lighting and gear project managers. Handles the day to day with project managers including the SOP and operational details and issues. Assists operations with warehouse and PLS in regards to current projects. Responds to requests from customers and salespersons on matters pertaining to the application and operation of various projects throughout a region. Assists with the planning and presentation of training programs and other professional growth opportunities for customers and salespersons in the planning, installation and operations of various projects. Resolves customer order problems and complaints promptly. Prepares correspondence and reports necessary for business transactions.

Qualifications: Prefer Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) and/or two to four years' equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have experience as a contractor inside sales person or management of lighting projects and/or electrical distribution and control projects desired. PC literate with knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Adobe & Power Point) Excellent written, verbal, presentation and negotiation skills.
