Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Full-Time
Aventura at Carriage Inn is looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team !

What You’ll DoAs a COTA, you’ll work closely with our Occupational Therapist and interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality rehabilitation services to our residents in a Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care (SNF/LTC) setting.
Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist
Help residents improve strength, mobility, independence, and ability to perform daily activities
Follow individualized treatment plans designed to help residents reach their highest level of function
Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team
Educate and encourage residents throughout their rehabilitation journey
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation using Net Health
Maintain compliance with facility, state, and federal guidelines
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Current or eligible COTA license in Ohio
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
SNF/LTC experience is a plus, but not required
