We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy working with their hands, staying organized, and helping build a growing startup from the ground up.About the PositionBoot Solutions is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse & Production Technician to support our daily warehouse and production operations. In this role, you'll receive, organize, and verify incoming inventory and production materials while preparing customer orders for shipment through packaging, labeling, and fulfillment. You'll assist with production, assembly, and manufacturing throughout the custom bootfitting process, maintain organized warehouse inventory and production supplies, and help ensure completed orders are accurate and ready for delivery. You'll safely operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment as trained, follow established production procedures and quality control standards, and help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
