About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to spearhead the development and leadership of its finance function. The successful candidate will be tasked with providing the financial discipline, visibility, and infrastructure necessary to support the organization's mission of growth and acquisitions. This pivotal role involves owning the financial strategy, leading financial reporting, planning, and forecasting, as well as overseeing treasury, tax, insurance, and risk management. The CFO will also be responsible for M&A financial integration, establishing and maintaining financial controls, and ensuring the integrity and timeliness of financial reporting across the multi-branch operations. Applicants for the CFO position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a preference for a CPA. A minimum of 10 years' progressive finance and accounting experience is required, including a background in a senior finance leadership role within a PE-backed, multi-location business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, as well as experience in recruiting and building a finance organization. Strong operational orientation and the ability to partner effectively with branch and field service leaders are essential. The role demands a strategic thinker with the ability to translate financial results into actionable operating recommendations and a leader who can drive the company's financial success in a rapidly growing and dynamic environment.
