Nutrition that Works, LLC has an exciting opportunity at a long-term care facility in Clarksville, TN for 20-24 hours.
- This is a 3month contract for a maternity coverage!
- Conduct clinical nutrition assessments
- Document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR
- Complete MDS assessments
- Calculate tube feeding regimens
- Provide nutrition recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes Qualifications:
- CDRcredentialed Registered Dietitian
- Tennessee dietetic licensure
- Strong communication and clientcentered approach
- Positive, professional attitude
