Tax Associate | Fort Worth, TX | $65,000 to $80,000 | Hybrid Now that September 15th has come and gone, it's a reasonable time to ask whether the firm you're at is actually setting you up for the next few years, or just getting you through this one. We're working with an independent CPA firm in Fort Worth looking to add a Tax Associate with around 1 to 3 years of public accounting experience. It's a good fit if you want to keep developing technically without signing up for the kind of hours that make this profession hard to stick with long term. Why this one's different Busy season is still busy, but the firm aims to keep hours around 50 to 55 per week at peak. There's also hybrid flexibility, giving you more control over your week and making it easier to actually build a life around the job. You’ll work across tax preparation, learning from more experienced people at the firm, and gradually taking on more as your experience builds. What they're looking for Ideally 1 to 3 years of tax experience at a CPA or public accounting firm You don't need to be the finished product.
