Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA)

Position Details:

• Position: Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA)
• Location: Easton, MD 21601
• Contract Length: 4 Weeks
• Schedule: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
• Hours: 32 hours/week with opportunities to pick up additional shifts up to 40 hours/week
• Pay Rate: $25/hr
• Charting System: PCC

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Assist geriatric residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Assist residents with feeding and meal-related needs.
• Safely transport and transfer residents as needed throughout the facility.
• Provide individualized care focused on the comfort, safety, and well-being of geriatric patients.

Requirements:

• Active Maryland CNA/GNA Certification
• Minimum 1 year of recent LTC/SNF experience
• Memory care experience preferred
