Infectious Disease Physician

AbsoluteCARE Inc

This role provides physician services to include patient consultation and primary management of people living with HIV and other chronic infectious diseases in the outpatient setting. You will develop diagnostic and treatment plans, educate patients, and lead a multidisciplinary team for whole-person care.

Collaboration with social work, care management, integrated behavioral health, pharmacy, nutrition, and health education is essential to improve outcomes and reduce hospital visits.
