Program Manager - Global Emerging Talent

Serve as a strategic talent advisor to business leaders, HR, and functional partner teams Translate workforce demand into innovative talent solutions and advise on future capability needs Develop and execute global strategies for internships, apprenticeships, traineeships, and other emerging talent pathways Create scalable frameworks, governance models, and operating rhythms for global delivery Own the end-to-end lifecycle of global emerging talent programs from strategy through continuous improvement Lead complex cross-functional initiatives involving HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Marketplace, HR Operations, Finance, Communications, Legal, and business stakeholders Establish success metrics, reporting frameworks, and dashboards to demonstrate program effectiveness and business value Integrate emerging talent pathways with Talent Marketplace and workforce planning strategies Build pathways supporting career growth, internal mobility, and workforce sustainability Build trusted partnerships and influence senior-level decision-making through recommendations and presentations Lead change initiatives, stakeholder engagement, communications, and adoption strategies for talent transformation Advocate for emerging talent, workforce innovation, and skills-based talent strategies across Equinix Requirements 7+ years of experience leading enterprise-wide programs, workforce initiatives, or talent strategies in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, Talent Management, or related functions Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders to influence strategy, drive change, and deliver business outcomes Experience managing complex, global, cross-functional programs and organizational initiatives Strong program management, stakeholder management, and change leadership capabilities Excellent executive communication, facilitation, and consulting skills Ability to translate workforce challenges into scalable talent solutions Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Experience building, scaling, or optimizing internship, apprenticeship, trainee, or other emerging talent programs preferred Experience with Talent Marketplace, workforce planning, talent intelligence, talent mobility, or skills-based workforce practices preferred Knowledge of Build-Borrow-Buy-Place and strategic workforce planning methodologies preferred Experience operating within complex, global organizations undergoing transformation preferred Program, project management, agile, or change management certifications preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in leading global talent programs, workforce planning, and change management while effectively partnering with senior leaders to drive strategic talent solutions and organizational transformation.
