This individual will partner closely with CMC Technical Leads and cross-functional teams to drive integrated CMC plans, manage timelines and risks, and ensure alignment with program objectives and key milestones. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced biotechnology environment and excels at coordinating complex activities across internal and external stakeholders.Position Responsibilities: Develop and maintain integrated CMC project plans, timelines, and dashboards for one or more development programs. Facilitate team meetings, document decisions and action items, and ensure timely follow-up on key deliverables. Proactively identify, assess, and communicate project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans to stakeholders and leadership. Coordinate CMC activities across internal functions and external CDMO partners to support clinical and commercial development objectives. Support CMC regulatory submission planning and contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools. Candidate Requirements:BS/MS in a scientific discipline with 5+ years of biopharmaceutical industry experience, including CMC project management. Experience supporting biologics development programs and working with external CDMO partners. Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple priorities, timelines, and cross-functional teams. Proficiency with project management and reporting tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Office Timeline, etc.). Highly organized, detail-oriented problem solver with a collaborative, proactive approach to driving results.
