TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is hiring non‑CDL drivers. Get hired – receive a $500 sign‑on bonus after 30 days. Starting pay: $20 per hour plus tips. No experience is required. Candidates must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record over the last five years. Reliable transportation to and from work is required. Candidates must authorize a background check and a pre‑employment drug screen. Two Men and a Truck is a drug‑free workplace. Compensation Starting pay: $20 per hour plus tips Opportunities for additional pay: Optional long‑distance moves Overtime hours $1 pay raise every six months if performance metrics are met Opportunities for career growth and advancement Hours Full‑time and part‑time schedules available Monday through Saturday (Sundays optional based on demand). About the Role Greet customers upon arrival at the location, make a positive first impression, and complete a walk‑through of the premises. Provide exceptional customer service while safely moving, packing, and unpacking customers’ belongings. Work with a team of movers to load and unload moving trucks. Accurately complete paperwork and collect payment. Safely drive and maneuver a box truck. Paid Training Employees receive training on proper preparation, lifting, and moving furnishings and boxes, including correct use of moving equipment. Employees complete a training and support program to drive a commercial vehicle and obtain a DOT certificate at no cost. Employees can participate in an online career advancement training program.
