QA Lead/ ManagerLooking for a QA Lead/ Manager at onsite Hartford, USA who should have worked at onsite with extensive client handling experience.Should have expertise in DWBI Testing – Database testing, ETL Testing and or Report TestingStrong test Lead experience, should have strong experience in leading onsite and offshore teamShould be able to talk to various levels of customer and influence the customerShould have expertise in any of the databases like Oracle, DB2, Teradata, SQL Server, etc.Should be an expert in SQL writingShould be able to create proposal, estimates and present it to customerShould have working knowledge of any ETL tool like Informatica, Ab-initioExperience in defect triage sessions with SME, data analysis and project resourcesExpertise in agile methodology and processesExpertise in using Client QC, Fitnesse, etc.Should have exposure to automationPersonal AttributeAbility to work with different teams, and locations, building consensus and assisting othersExcellent interpersonal skills, including oral/written communication & influencing skillsGood analytical, diagnostic and creative problem solving skills.Candidates requiring visa sponsorship WILL NOT be considered at this time.We are an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
