Associate Veterinarian

Position Overview Associate Veterinarian at VCA Elgin Family Pet Center. You will work with world‑class medicine, technology, and a collaborative team to provide comprehensive care for dogs and cats. Schedule Current hours: Monday–Friday 7:00am–6:00pm; Saturday 8:00am–11:00pm. Full‑time preferred, but part‑time is open. Shifts of 8 or 10 hours with rotating weekends as needed. Responsibilities Provide routine wellness exams and involved medical cases for dogs and cats. Practice the highest standard of medicine and uphold the veterinary code of ethics. Collaborate with the team on client and associate relationships built on trust. Contribute to teaching and collaborative learning within the practice. Qualifications Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university or equivalent. Licensure in good standing to practice in Texas, or ability to obtain such licensure. Demonstrated commitment to world‑class veterinary care and ethical standards. Benefits Competitive salary negotiated based on experience and credentials.
