Third-Party Logistics Lead

Job Overview Raytheon is hiring a Third-Party Logistics Lead to support and oversee the inbound and outbound logistics activity at our 3PL location in Manchester, New Hampshire. Activities include receiving, inspection, warehousing, inventory compliance, and outbound shipping. Responsibilities Oversee 3PL execution and drive process‑improvement opportunities through lean manufacturing concepts and principles. Serve as key liaison between the 3PL supplier and Raytheon factory, operations, procurement, and production control. Ensure 3PL compliance to contract and collaborate with the supplier to meet or exceed key performance indicators. Deep dive into KPI performance through data analytics and process reviews, identify operational gaps, develop solutions, and monitor progress. Coordinate initiatives across other 3PL sites supporting Raytheon to create harmonization and standard work opportunities. Perform safety gemba walks, ensure all safety requirements are met, and help develop new safety standards. Perform transactional activities as needed to support key tasks. Qualifications – Must Have University degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of five (5) years. Experience in logistics, supply chain, inventory, or operations. Leadership or management experience. Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government‑issued Defense Secret clearance (active and existing after day one). U.S. citizenship. Preferred Qualifications High competency in Microsoft Office Suite. SAP knowledge in logistics transactions. Collaborative approach and strategic mindset. Demonstrated leadership.
