Recruiter - Manufacturing

Vaco by Highspring has partnered with our client to hire a Manufacturing Recruiter to join their team. Location: Westwood, MA (Hybrid, 3 days onsite) When: Immediate need, contract to perm Key Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, job requirements, and hiring priorities Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for manufacturing, engineering, operations, maintenance, supply chain, quality, and corporate roles Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill positions Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, offer negotiations, and pre-employment activities Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Qualifications 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within manufacturing, industrial, engineering, logistics, or distribution environments Experience recruiting for a variety of positions ranging from hourly production employees to professional and technical roles Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting hiring deadlines Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills Compensation & Benefits The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
