Role Summary

Seeking a hands-on Crunchtime Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong techno-functional capabilities. Responsible for assessing current Crunchtime implementations, identifying optimization opportunities, and driving practical solutions across restaurant and QSR environments. Expected to combine deep Crunchtime expertise with strong problem-solving and business process knowledge.

What We Need

• Strong hands-on Crunchtime implementation and configuration experience.
• Good understanding of QSR and restaurant back-of-house operations.
• Experience across Menu, Recipe, Food Cost, Inventory, and Supply Chain modules.
• Strong understanding of data, APIs, and system integrations.
• Ability to independently diagnose issues and drive practical solutions.
• Experience with Stibo/MDM and multi-country QSR environments is an advantage.

Experience

• 6 10+ years of Restaurant/QSR technology experience with strong Crunchtime expertise.
• 15 Years of Experience.

What You'll Do

• Assess current Crunchtime configuration, processes, and operational maturity.
• Review menu, recipe, ingredient, and food-cost setup.
• Identify food-cost leakage, data-quality issues, and configuration gaps.
• Review inventory, purchasing, and supply-chain processes.
• Analyze integrations across Crunchtime, POS, ERP, suppliers, and downstream systems.
• Troubleshoot data flows, interfaces, APIs, and synchronization issues.
• Define stronger menu and recipe data governance practices.
• Recommend quick wins and stabilization actions.
• Support future-state alignment with a Stibo/MDM-centric menu architecture.
• Build a prioritized remediation and transformation roadmap.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Stibo MDM.
• Experience supporting global or multi-country QSR organizations.
• Knowledge of enterprise menu management and governance frameworks.
• Experience integrating Crunchtime with POS, ERP, supplier, and third-party systems.
