Shift Manager

Job Summary We are hiring dedicated and reliable Shift Managers to join our McDonald’s team. We look for leaders who can motivate a team and ensure top‑notch customer service each day. Manager experience, especially with McDonald’s, is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate. Responsibilities Shift Managers lead shifts each week, collaborating with crew and other managers. They ensure fast, accurate, friendly service and maintain quality, service and cleanliness standards. Responsibilities include: Planning each shift and monitoring performance during the shift. Taking action to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards. Monitoring safety, security and profitability. Communicating with the next Shift Manager to provide preparation and guidance. Meeting targets during their shift and helping assigned departments meet goals. Key Duties Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications A previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Positive team player with a flexible schedule, who enjoys the fast‑paced McDonald’s environment. Must be 18 years or older.
