Location: Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid)Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt Department: MarketingReports To: Senior Growth Marketing ManagerPosition SummarySwain Apparel Group is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team. This role is responsible for developing original visual content that supports marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and business development efforts across digital and print platforms.A significant portion of this role will focus on designing original email marketing creative in collaboration with our Email Marketing Strategist. The ideal candidate is experienced in creating custom marketing assets from concept to completion-not simply modifying templates-and has a strong understanding of visual storytelling, branding, and marketing design.This position is currently hybrid and based in Alpharetta, Georgia. Team members are expected to reliably commute to the office as business needs require.Essential ResponsibilitiesEmail Marketing & Digital DesignDesign original email marketing graphics and layouts that support promotional campaigns, customer engagement, and brand awareness.Create digital assets for websites, landing pages, social media, paid advertising, and other online marketing initiatives.Collaborate with the Email Marketing Strategist to execute cohesive, high-performing email campaigns.Develop original visual concepts that align with campaign objectives and marketing strategy.Brand & Creative DevelopmentDesign marketing collateral, presentations, promotional materials, sales resources, and branded communications.Ensure all creative work aligns with Swain Apparel Group's brand standards and visual identity.Translate marketing objectives into compelling visual communications that support business goals.Participate in creative brainstorming, campaign planning, and concept development.Print ProductionDesign print-ready marketing materials, signage, packaging, event collateral, and promotional items.Prepare production-ready files while coordinating with vendors as needed.Maintain quality standards across both digital and print deliverables.Collaboration & Project ManagementManage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Leadership, and other departments to support organizational initiatives.Incorporate feedback while maintaining creative quality and brand consistency.Brand Asset ManagementOrganize and maintain digital design files, templates, photography, graphics, and brand assets.Stay current on graphic design, marketing, branding, and digital media trends to recommend new creative approaches.QualificationsBachelor 's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred.Three (3) or more years of professional graphic design experience creating digital marketing assets, including website graphics, social media content, email marketing creative, and digital advertising.Demonstrated experience designing original email marketing creative from concept to completion.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.Experience preparing both digital and print-ready artwork.Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and branding principles.Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience working with apparel, retail, e-commerce, or promotional products.Experience collaborating with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms.Basic knowledge of HTML email design principles is a plus.Photography, video editing, or motion graphics experience is a plus.Portfolio RequirementA portfolio showcasing original graphic design work is required for consideration.Portfolios should demonstrate experience creating:Email marketing creativeDigital marketing assetsSocial media graphicsWebsite graphicsPrint marketing materialsBranding or campaign workAbout Swain Apparel GroupFounded in 2011, Swain Apparel Group is a full-service apparel and fulfillment company specializing in custom merchandise, branded apparel, and end-to-end fulfillment solutions.
