Customer Service Representative Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $15.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )
Customer Service Representative
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional assistance.
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages promptly.
- Resolve customer questions, complaints, and concerns. Process orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Explain products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Troubleshoot issues and identify appropriate solutions.
- Escalate complex customer concerns to management when necessary. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- 1 year of Customer Service Experience required
- Knowledge of Microsoft outlook, word and excel
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
