Operations RecruiterAlliance Industries is looking for an energetic and experienced Operations Recruiter that will be responsible for the full-cycle recruiting process. This individual will play a critical role in identifying, screening, and selecting high-quality candidates to meet the staffing needs of our manufacturing and plant operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned recruiter with a strong background in manufacturing, to take their career to the next level in a fast-paced and challenging environment.This will be an on-site position located at our corporate headquarters in Marietta, Ohio.Requirements:Execute an overall recruiting strategy for manufacturing type positionsDevelop and update job descriptions and job specificationsTeam up with hiring managers to understand the requirements of each positionPerform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectivesPrepare and post jobs to appropriate ATS, job boards, talent partner platformsSource and attract candidates by using databases, social media, and innovative methodsScreen candidate's resumes and job applicationsConduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within scheduleAssess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudesMonitor and apply recruiting best practicesAct as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection processEnsure compliance with all employment laws and regulationsQualifications:2+ years of experience in recruitingExperience recruiting in a manufacturing environment a plusStrong knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as a strong sense of urgencyAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesProficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
