Project Manager – Civil Engineer

This role involves close collaboration with engineers, landscape architects, and architects on a wide range of projects including healthcare, civic, K–12, higher education, commercial, retail, and office developments.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct site visits and prepare due diligence reports
Develop construction drawings and engineering calculation packages
Manage permitting through local jurisdictions
Oversee construction administration activities
Monitor project budgets, schedules, and quality control
Maintain strong relationships with clients and municipal agencies
Support business development and client satisfaction efforts
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery

Ideal Candidate Profile

Licensed Professional Engineer (Civil)
5+ years of experience producing construction documents
Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, StormCAD, WaterCAD, or similar software
Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Highly organized with strong time management abilities
Experience working with permitting authorities (especially in the Mid-Atlantic region) is a plus
