How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

• Collaborative Patient Care: Design, monitor, and evolve comprehensive plans of care tailored to each patient's unique goals and independent living skills.
• Empowerment Through Education: Guide and support families and caregivers, ensuring they have the knowledge, adaptive equipment, and community resources needed for a smooth, confident discharge.
• Clinical Leadership: Provide mentorship and clinical oversight to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and Therapy Technicians, fostering a culture of excellence, safety, and compliance.
• Continuous Growth: Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, seeking consultations when needed to ensure our patients receive the absolute highest standard of care.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Occupational Therapy (OT) credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
