Job Details

As a Senior Intellectual Property Associate / Senior Litigation Associate on our team, we are looking for:

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission to IL state bar
• Engineering or Computer Science Degree
• Professional litigation experience, ideally involving complex commercial or intellectual property disputes.
• Prior exposure to substantive litigation work, including legal research and writing, discovery, and deposition preparation.
• Patent litigation experience is preferred; exposure to trademark or trade secret litigation is also valuable.
• Willingness to work onsite in Chicago at least 3 days per week
