What You'll Do As our Morning Lead Baker, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our bakery starts the day on the right foot. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and baking a variety of goods to meet our high-quality standards.
- Managing the morning baking process to ensure smooth operations.
- Paying close attention to detail to maintain consistency and presentation.
- Handling ingredients and supplies, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
We’re seeking someone who is passionate, reliable, and ready to roll up their sleeves. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:
- Experience: At least 1 year of baking experience.
- Physical Ability: Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds as part of your daily tasks.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for precision and presentation.
- Work Ethic: A proactive and dependable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
