Maintenance Electrician I

Maintenance Electrician – Lebanon, PAThis role is responsible for maintaining the facility's mechanical and electrical production equipment to support safe, efficient, and reliable operations. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, enjoys troubleshooting and problem-solving, and contributes to keeping operations running smoothly. The employee may also perform other related duties as needed to support the ongoing needs of the organization.Essential Responsibilities:Learn and utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), including asset management, inventory control, and work order trackingPerform facility maintenance to help ensure a safe, clean, and productive work environment for all employeesTroubleshoot and repair basic electrical issues using a multimeter/ammeter, including replacing components such as PCBs, sensors, switches, motors, PLC hardware, fuses, and heating elementsUse equipment manuals, drawings, and diagrams to diagnose issues and complete repairs accurately and efficientlyFabricate or modify parts and components using tools such as a lathe, milling machine, drill press, and related equipmentUse calipers and other precision measuring tools to ensure accuracy, quality, and proper fitCollaborate with manufacturing and operations teams as needed to support production goals and minimize downtimeMaintain a strong focus on safety and follow all company safety policies and proceduresEssential Skills and Qualifications:Previous experience working as part of a maintenance team in an industrial or manufacturing environmentWelding and fabrication experience preferredTechnical or military training, apprenticeship experience, or an AS/BS degree in a field related to mechanical or electrical technology, maintenance, or engineeringAbility to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as the flexibility to work any shift, holidays, and overtime as requiredBrentwood offers professional growth potential, pleasant work environment, and an excellent wage and benefits package including 401K w/employer match.
