Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) Mon-Fri Schedule Hands On Training Licensing Assitance Leads Provided Performance Incentives Paid Holidays Career Growth Opportunities Responsibilities Prospect, quote, follow up with, and close new insurance clients Handle inbound leads and make outbound sales calls Build relationships with prospective and existing clients Cross-sell appropriate insurance products and identify additional coverage opportunities Maintain consistent follow-up throughout the sales process Accurately document activity and client information in agency systems Meet individual activity, quote, and production goals Develop knowledge of Farmers products and additional brokerage markets Provide a professional and high-level client experience Participate in ongoing sales coaching and training Requirements Strong communication and phone skills Competitive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated Comfortable making outbound calls and handling rejection Strong follow-up habits and sense of urgency Coachable and willing to learn Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Professional attitude and appearance Ability to work independently while contributing to a team Insurance or sales experience is preferred but not required California Property & Casualty license preferred; willingness to obtain licensing if required #J-18808-Ljbffr The Juris Agency
